Experience the intimacy of a luxury chalet with discreet and attentive hotel-style service.

The chalet can be enjoyed as a catered stay with a private chef (including breakfast, afternoon tea, aperitif, dinner, and herbal teas), or as a self-catered stay (with access to the chalet’s professional kitchen).

It features 5 en-suite bedrooms for 10 to 12 guests and a 60 m² living area that opens generously onto its terrace, the mountains and forest, just 5 minutes by shuttle from the village and ski lifts.

Daily housekeeping is included with both options.

Located at an altitude of 1,500 m in the 4 Vallées—the largest ski area in Switzerland—La Tzoumaz is also directly connected to Verbier by gondola lift, and by the Croix de Coeur road during summer.

A family home, The comfort of a Swiss hotel in the 4 Vallées

We are a family-run business, inspired by our experience vacationing with tribes of all kinds, our love for the mountains, fine food, and music, and our commitment to sustainability. The chalet was eco-built in 2024–2025 by iT Architects – M. Latham from Martigny, together with craftsmen and companies from the valley and from La Tzoumaz/Isérables. We have undertaken both Swiss and European eco-certification processes. We’re happy to share more about our commitment to sustainability — just ask.

Transfers available to and from Lausanne, Martigny, Sion, Montreux, and Verbier.
In summer, Verbier is accessible by gondola or via the Croix‑de‑Cœur road (a 30‑minute drive).
La Tzoumaz can be reached from Riddes (SBB/CFF) by postal bus.

We had the most amazing time staying at Nathalie’s chalet. Everything is brand new. The views were spectacular, the amenities were fantastic, heated floors, top of line appliances. The beds were so comfortable, just like home. The living room boasts a projector which was an added bonus. The bathrooms were pristine with towel warmers. The sauna was another great amenity after skiing all day. What more could you ask for. The ski locker was another bonus, just walk to the locker , grab your gear and hop on the gondola. I highly recommend staying at Nathalie’s chalet , she was the best hostess, if I had a question, she responded immediately . We could have had a private chef during our stay but we declined because we wanted to eat out, another bonus while staying at Nathalie’s. We didn’t want to leave but all good things come to an end. It was a truly magical trip. Thank you Nathalie!

We loved our stay in your beautiful chalet! Thank you again for all your efforts. We also very much enjoyed arriving with the shopping already in the kitchen.Although my mom doesn’t ski anymore she also still enjoyed the stay. She had a few lovely walks and even joined us for lunch in the centre of Verbier by taking the gondola up the mountain and the Savoleyres gondola down to Verbier. Although the old gondolas scared us a little bit 😉 it is still nice to do. (If you need a suggestion for future guests).

Superbe séjour dans ce chalet dont la principale caractéristique est d’être chaleureux! Le très grand salon avec sa jolie cheminée donnant sur la montagne, ma chambre joliment décorée et si cosy (la literie -critère essentiel pour moi- est très confortable) et surtout notre hôte, toujours souriante, à la cuisine savoureuse, tout cela a contribué à faire de nos vacances un très bon moment.
