General Terms and Conditions

  1. Booking

By confirming the booking, the person named as the Client (or the first person named as the Client) on the booking proposal accepts, on behalf of all guests, the following terms and conditions.

The chalet may only be rented in its entirety (with the exception of certain non-accessible areas), either with catering services (Catered formula) or without (Self-Catered formula).
You are welcome to request a change from what is shown on the “Availability & Rates” page; we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Upon receipt of your enquiry—whether directly or via an online booking platform—you will be sent a detailed proposal specifying the dates, number of guests, total price, tourist tax, and chosen formula.

The booking is confirmed when you send an email, SMS or WhatsApp message and pay the booking deposit, under the terms set out in the proposal. The booking becomes effective only once payment is received.

For non-refundable special rates, the booking is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.

Transfers and additional services are not included but may be booked via our trusted partners.
Electricity costs related to charging electric or hybrid vehicles will be billed separately based on actual consumption.

  2. Payment Security Deposit, and Cancellation Policy

The remaining balance for your stay is due six weeks prior to arrival. You will receive a reminder by email. If payment is not received within one week following this reminder, we reserve the right to cancel the booking (see cancellation terms below).

Bookings made less than six weeks before arrival must be paid in full upon confirmation.

Upon arrival or just before arrival, a credit card payment of CHF 1,500 will be requested as a security deposit. This will be automatically reimbursed within 48 hours of departure, provided no damage or unpaid charges are reported

    Cancellation Terms:

More than 8 weeks before arrival: 50% of the booking deposit is retained as a cancellation fee.

Between 8 and 5 weeks before arrival: the full booking deposit is retained unless the chalet is rebooked under the same conditions. If rebooked, reasonable rebooking costs will be deducted from any refund.

Between 5 and 3 weeks before arrival: 60% of the total stay is due unless the chalet is rebooked under the same conditions (same refund policy as above).

Less than 3 weeks before arrival: the full amount of the stay is due unless the chalet is rebooked under the same conditions (refund less reasonable rebooking costs).

In case of early departure, regardless of the reason (illness, weather, etc.), the full stay remains due.

Any applicable refunds will be processed within 30 days of the original payment date.

We strongly recommend that you take out travel insurance covering cancellations, trip interruptions, or unforeseen events.

Please note: fees and commissions charged by third-party booking platforms (i.e., not direct bookings) are not covered by this policy. Any refund requests must be addressed directly to the relevant platform.
