Seasonal menus that adapt to our guests.
Homemade breakfasts, afternoon teas, aperitifs and dinners are served six days a week (every day except Thursday).
On Thursdays, a continental breakfast will be laid out for you to enjoy at your convenience.
During the day, enjoy a complimentary self-service coffee, tea, or herbal tea at your convenience.
Breakfast is served at the main table from 7:30 AM to 10:00 AM.
Breakfast at the Chalet
Fresh bread, pastries, muffins, or homemade brioche, butter, jams, chocolate hazelnut spread and honey,
Bircher muesli, blueberry porridge with maple syrup, chia pearls with mango, granola with Greek yogurt and caramelised apples,
Soft boiled eggs or herb-scrambled eggs, cured meats, cheese,
Fresh fruits
are served with a selection of hot and cold drinks: coffee, black or green tea, chicory, golden latte, cinnamon milk, hot chocolate or Ovomaltine, orange or grapefruit juices.
Let us know the day before what you’d like to enjoy from these (non-exhaustive) suggestions.
Afternoon tea is served from 4:00 PM to 5:30 PM.
Gather around a freshly baked cake and warm drinks after your day out. Banana bread, carrot cake, jam-filled roll, lemon cake, muffins, scones, chouquettes, chocolate marble loaf, honey or lemon madeleines… a comforting pause to share.

Each evening, a complimentary aperitif is served to begin the dinner in a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
Still and sparkling water are served freely throughout the meal. A wine, cocktail and spirits list is available on request.
You are welcome to invite friends or family to join you for aperitif and dinner (with 24-hour notice, 75 CHF per guest).
Before your stay, you’ll receive the sample menus — and the full drinks list if desired. We are happy to accommodate your preferences, dietary requirements or allergies. Festive menus are planned for Christmas and New Year’s Eve. Specific items (such as a Swiss cheese platter, truffle, or foie gras) can be pre-ordered, and personalised celebration menus (birthday cake, etc.) can also be arranged with the chef.
Children may dine with the adults or earlier during the aperitif (under adult supervision). Tailored children’s menus are prepared with pleasure.
And to end the evening gently, herbal teas, chicory or decaffeinated coffee await you in the lounge, served in insulated carafes with a selection of homemade treats.
